![]() I have done as they suggested and set everything up, but It is just not working, The VNC viewer I am using cant seem to find my network via the Internet even with the inclusion of the dynamic DNS system. They have told me to use a Dynamic DNS service with port forwarding. I feel like I am very close to having it sorted but need some expert guidance. Domain forwarding does not work: Plesk Default Page is shown when accessing instead of redirecting to the destination address. Now Having spoken to the manufacturers of the boiler I have taken up the challenge again and wondered if you could help me again. I now realise that it was never going to work that way because that process didn't take into account the fact that I had a Dynamic Ip address. I called to speak with a supervisor and was told I’d be transferred 3 times. I spent over an hour on chat with their people, no help. ![]() I HAVE to use call forwarding because of my work situation. ![]() You seemed to go cold on the matter so I assumed that you had run out of suggestions so left it alone. I recently responded to Boosts call to get new sim cards for their new network. I am trying to control the house heating system via the internet. (This is unnecessary)Ī few months back on the EE community forum, you were trying to assist me with a problem I was having trying to access my home network via the internet. I assume its ok as your contact is visible via EE.
